The Story Behind Our Name
A home is more than four walls.
Our name was inspired by Hestia (modern Greek is Estia), the Greek goddess of the home, the hearth and family. To me, she represents something far more important than buying a property, she represents finding a place where you truly belong.
I’ve always loved Greek mythology, but I didn’t choose the name because it sounded Greek. I chose it because it reflects the way I want to do business.
I don’t believe in pressure or hard selling. Moving to Cyprus is a life-changing decision, and my role isn’t to convince you it’s right, it’s to help you discover whether it is.
That’s why honesty will always come before a sale.
If a property isn’t right for you, I’ll say so. My goal isn’t simply to help you buy a house, it’s to help you find your home.

Hi, I’m Kelly, the founder of Estia Homes Cyprus.
Property has always been about people for me.
After working in the property industry in the UK, I realised that buying a home, especially in another country, is an emotional journey. It’s about trust, guidance and having someone by your side who genuinely cares about helping you make the right decision.
That’s why I created Estia Homes Cyprus.
I wanted to build a business that puts people first. A business where every client receives honest advice, personal support and the reassurance that they’re never navigating the process alone.
I know that moving abroad or buying overseas can feel overwhelming, but it should also be exciting. My role is to make the process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, and helping you take the next step with confidence.
